Vision
Two points for consideration today: 1. We need candy so we can run Trunk-or-Treat. I refuse to let the enenmy have any day of the year. I refuse to let the enemy have the glory any day of the year. I refuse to run and hide this time of year. Our mission is to reclaim everything the enemy has stolen, which includes the end of October. I want to step into Halloween and point people to Jesus. If the enemy wants to gather everyone to look in one direction and create an opportunity for us to share the Gospel, I will absolutely capitalize on that. This isn't just a social project, this is an act of espionage, of inflitration, of redemption. Please pray over Trunk-or-Treat and join the work. 2. Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm we meet to learn and to pray. This is not content just for the elite. This is for everyone in our church. You won't regret making this a priority in your life. |
Wins
1. We are hearing more and more about how you are being bold with your faith in your workplaces and neighbourhoods, sharing your faith and standing up for what you believe! 2. We are seeing and feeling a growing culture of prayer in our church, from Sunday mornings, Wednesday Bible Study, Small Group meetings, and even in personal faith journeys. 3. I have heard from several people in recent weeks about how they are hearing God speak to them on Sunday, that the timing of the messages and content are exactly what they need to hear when they need to hear it! |

UnforgivablePlease Forgive Me - Sunday, October 8, 2023 We assume things all the time, even though it isn't usually smart. One of the things we assume, and assume quite naturally, is how good or bad someone is and if they will ever change. We look at others feel like we can tell whether or not they are the kind of person that God will end up forgiving or not. It is easy for us to see people and assume they are unforgivable, but is that accurate? 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 We need to assume others ARE forgivable. For more infomation visit:
